Computer Addiction

Realizing I'm spending way tooo much time on the computer...can we say addiction..so what am I doing writing on the computer. Will's working, Lacey's at Courts and I'm home alone...again..I really need to find more to do in my life...unless this blogging thing and doing facebook will transform me into a famous writer, computer expert, etc...alas I don't believe this is going to happen..and then I look and even question why I'm overweight when I'm probably spending up to 2 hours a day on the computer..I'm a computer NERD...lol..Oh when did it happen? How do I stop? What will I do if I stop? Clean, Exercise, work more? Blaaaaaah..so for now maybe I'll shave 15 minutes off my computer time, I'll try and we'll see....

Pool Days

Back to reality...monday morning..I have less than an hour to head off to work...arghhh...Lacey is already off and on the bus probably arriving at school already and Will has been up and at it for over an hour now..knowing I shouldn't complain since I will have the summer off but also knowin I will have to save every penny I can find to have summer off lol..Definitely have don't want to say spring fever because it's more like Summer fever so ready for school to be out and the pool to be open I hope it's a nice dry warm summer...many many days at the pool with one of my bff's Sandy we've been pool buddies from way back when..the pool definitely would not be the same without her..I think back when we started hanging out together and how little our kids were now her daughter just turned 13 over the weekend and mine will be turning 13 next month...time flies when your having fun..hmmm I wonder when the kids are grown if it will be me and her as old ladies sitting (laying) at the pool together waiting on adult swim so we can get in and cool off without all those little rugrats on top of us ...lol..I love my summer..I love the pool and I love my friend Sandy..Count down to the pool 6 Weeks...yahoo!!!!!!

Time marches on

Our neighbor gave Lacey some clothes that his older teenage girls had out grown..Lacey seen this purple dress and said she was wearing this next year when the 8th grade goes to Washington(hopefully it fits by then lol) but we definitely had to snap this pic of her and of coarse I had to put a clip in her hair to make it look like an up-do. I just want to know when did this happen? My little girl turn into a young lady next month she will be 13...it's amazing to me how fast those years have went..it's hard to imagine Chris being that old let alone her. I'm still picturing Chris as 10 and bringing home a new baby Lacey from the hospital. I can say I truly know how my parents feel and felt watching their children grow up..the one thing I want to do though is try not to get overly mushy on letting them grow up but instead be happy encouraging on their lives changing and growing into new directions daily. Chris will be 23 in July and will be graduating from the Navy's A School on June 25..and two weeks leave after that, so he will be stationed in a new location on his birthday..what an adventure he will have over these next few years. I can't even put into words how proud I am of him and the accomplishments he has made these last few months ..he is definitely a man now..My babies aren't babies anymore but beautiful special young adults who will grow a little more each day in one way or another for the rest of their lives...and time marches on..:)

Waterpark

It's 6:30 in the morning and I'm waiting to wake everyone up to go to the waterpark..just checked out their website and it said to call before hand to make sure space is available Oh lordy lordy please let it be or I'm going to be the worst mom Ever..I'm calling at 7 and hoping I can speak to someone to double check for availability. Been checkin out some other blogs and looking at other peoples lives makes me want to uplift mine..quit thinking dreamin and start doing..and the pics oh some people are so good with takin pics..so I'm definitely taking some today. May even get some of mine and will's big butt..lol...oh please lord let me be able to go into waterpark with waiting till the last minute to call...please please....okay just called waterpark they said to call at 8..so pretty much this is the time were suppose to leave to head there..so what do we do If not open..got it take the girls to Build-a- bear..or somethin like that..will definitely make a day of it somewhere. Sitting here on the computer I have the window open in the kitchen it's 58 degrees outside( suppose to rain, hopefully the weather guy is wrong) and I hear the birds chirpin all spring time and all most summer..can't wait can't wait. Long days filled out the pool catchin those sunny rays...now if I could be 50 pounds lighter life would be great..80 pounds life would be marvelous........signing off shhhh. it's almost time to call waterpark...LOL
